Cogongrass Removal Assistance Program

The goal of the Cogongrass Removal Assistance Program is to reduce the threat of Cogongrass in Mississippi. Through a grant from the USDA Forest Service, landowners in Regions 3 and 4 of MS, excluding the 6 coastal counties, with cogongrass infestations on their property can now apply to receive herbicide treatment for the affected areas of their property.
